On January 1, 2024, River Valley Mutual Insurance Company successfully completed the joint conversion of Darlington Mutual Insurance Company (“Darlington Mutual”) into the River Valley Mutual Insurance Company (“River Valley Mutual”).  This new company is a chapter 611 mutual insurance company.  River Valley Mutual is the surviving entity of this conversion, and we are pleased to have you as a River Valley Mutual member and policyholder.
